I say keep at it. Your sense of timing is pretty good. No single action takes too long or is mistimed. I would say keep practicing fundamentals but at the same token the style is purposeful so take that comment with a grain of salt.

On a technical aspect, outside of style. some of your lines and shapes should go through a refinement phase. Think about color theory, position, contrast, and silhouette. Push those elements from out of the area of accident to "Happy Accident". The only way to that is intent.

Anywho Keep going, do not stop. Get after it

Very meme-ish. Lord know how long it took you to model, rig and animate everything. Will it echo for all meme-ory, that is to be seen. What would make me give it a 4 or a five, having a punch line in the joke. A crescendo ending, something to tie it up. Good luck on your next film.
